ISS can provide skilled resources to face the challenges of commissioning and start-up phases of new build plant or equipment.

• ISS recognize and understands that the successful build of any new plant or equipment relies upon having a proactive commissioning team in place at the early stages of the projects to ensure documentation is reviewed, realistic plans and schedules are implemented, co-ordination with logistics and safety departments is established, meetings are facilitated and recorded, functional testing is carried out safely and effectively either onsite or offsite.
• ISS can provide skilled, semi skilled and non skilled resources to assist with our clients commissioning team, or alternatively, ISS will take a lead management role ensuring a suitable commissioning management system is in place to provide detailed procedures and records of tests and activities to ensure the plant is handed over for operations in a safe cost effective manner on time and within budget.
